FRIDAY event package (8 hours) – $5500
SATURDAY event package (8 hours) – $6500
SUNDAY event package (8 hours) – $4500
MON-THURS event package (8 hours) – $4000
MON-THURS weddings (8 hours) – $4,000 (not subject to discount)

Certain dates may be subject to a holiday surcharge.
(Labor Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, NYE)

Off-peak Rates

Monday through Thursday-
Take half off published package rates during January, February, and March!
Fridays and Saturdays 30% off.
Half-day rates available MON-WED.

Non-profit Rates

MON-THURS event (8 hours) – $3000
Non-profit rates not subject to discounts or proration.

  • Commercial audio system with wireless microphone and video projector
  • All equipment on rental list (except linens, napkins, fire pits and photo booth)
  • Rolling steel bar and back bar
  • Catering staging room with refrigerator, sink, prep counters, and ice chests
  • Two private rooms for wedding parties and family
Parking
  • 15 complimentary parking spots on-site (refer to map for location)
  • Free street parking on both sides of Santa Fe Drive (no time limit!)
  • Optional 80 car private lot for larger events for rent through 3rd party (good for valet)
