Step out of the conference room and into 4,000 square feet of contemporary art. SPACE Gallery gives corporate events — from product launches and client appreciation dinners to holiday parties and team celebrations — a setting that’s polished, creative, and impossible to forget. Our included AV system supports presentations, speakers, and entertainment, while the flexible floor plan accommodates seated dinners for up to 250 or standing receptions for 300. Located in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District, the gallery is easy to find and even easier to remember, giving your brand a backdrop that sparks real conversation.

Q: How do I secure a date?
A: A signed rental contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required for booking.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Please call 303-993-3321 during gallery hours if you would like to pay over the phone. Checks made payable to Space Gallery are also accepted.
Q: How late can my event run?
A: The gallery is rented by the hour so it is up to you!
Q: How late can we stay on the patio?
A: The doors leading to the patio is closed at 10:00pm. Guests are asked to continue festivities indoors after this time.
Q: How many events does the gallery host at one time?
A: We only host one event at a time. The gallery is exclusively yours.
Q: Do you setup and breakdown tables and chairs?
A: The renter or caterer is responsible for setting up and breaking down all equipment.
Q: Do you allow candles?
A: Yes, but battery ones only. If you want flame candles, we can give you information so you can apply for a special permit.
Q: Can we store décor and rental items at the gallery overnight?
A: Everything must be removed the evening of your event including outside vendor rentals and personal items.
Q: Do you allow live music at the gallery?
A: Absolutely! Bands and DJs are welcome. They can bring their own equipment or plug into our AV system, which is included in your rental.
Q: Can guests leave cars at the gallery overnight?
A: Guests are welcome to leave their cars on the street.
Q: Does the gallery provide ice?
A: We do not have an ice machine. The gallery does provide two large coolers to store your ice in the staging area.
Q: What is your smoking policy?
A: Guests are welcome to smoke on the patio until 10:00pm. They may continue after 10:00pm on the sidewalk in front of the gallery. No smoking is permitted inside the gallery.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: In the event of a cancellation, the gallery retains the 50% non-refundable deposit.
