The gallery is a blank canvas surrounded by art, a contradiction that makes every private event genuinely one of a kind. With the flexibility to host an intimate dinner for fifty or a standing-room affair for three hundred, and full BYO freedom for your caterer, beverages, and vision, whatever you’re imagining, this is the space to bring it to life.

Q: How do I secure a date?
A: A signed rental contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required for booking.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and you are sent a link to pay online. Checks made payable to Space Gallery are also accepted.
Q: How late can my event run?
A: The gallery is rented by the hour so it is up to you!
Q: How late can we stay on the patio?
A: The garage door closes at 10pm, however guests can still be outside with conversation noise.
Q: How many events does the gallery host at one time?
A: We only host one event at a time. The gallery is exclusively yours.
Q: Do you setup and breakdown tables and chairs?
A: The renter or caterer is responsible for setting up and breaking down all equipment.
Q: Do you allow candles?
A: Yes, as long as they are in a votive or hurricane. No candlesticks.
Q: Can we store décor and rental items at the gallery overnight?
A: Everything must be removed the evening of your event including outside vendor rentals and personal items.
Q: Do you allow live music at the gallery?
A: Absolutely! Bands and DJs are welcome. They can bring their own equipment or plug into our AV system, which is included in your rental.
Q: Can guests leave cars at the gallery overnight?
A: Guests are welcome to leave their cars on the street.
Q: Does the gallery provide ice?
A: We do not have an ice machine. The gallery does provide two large coolers to store your ice in the staging area.
Q: What is your smoking policy?
A: Guests are welcome to smoke on the patio until 10:00pm. They may continue after 10:00pm on the sidewalk in front of the gallery. No smoking is permitted inside the gallery.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: In the event of a cancellation, the gallery retains the 50% non-refundable deposit.
